GFR3100 Heated Safety Station with Eyewash

Electric heat-traced station prevents freezing even in extreme conditions. Thermostat regulated unit is heated by self-limiting heat-tracing cable wrapped around internal pipe. Intended for cold weather use down to -40° F. Features 10" dia. orange ABS plastic shower head with 20 gpm flow control. Features 1 1/4" NPT female top supply inlet; 1" IPS brass stay-open ball shower valve with stainless steel actuating arm and 29" stainless steel pull rod; and 1/2" IPS brass 3-way self-draining stay-open eyewash ball valve with 1/2" NPT port to drain water from spray heads after use. Valves made in USA with brass ball and PTFE seals. Galvanized steel pipe and fittings, UV-resistant, orange, ABS plastic jacket with polyethylene foam insulation, and freeze-resistant spray head assembly with float-off dust covers and internal flow control. Includes ANSI-compliant identification sign. Units approved for Class I, Division 2, Groups B, C, and D. Electrical components are FM, UL®, and CSA approved. Tested to meet ANSI Z358.1. Ships fully assembled and crated.
